TronixPay ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

TronixPay is designed with privacy as a priority. We do not collect:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Device identifiers (IDFA, device ID)
Location data
Usage analytics or tracking data
Private keys or wallet credentials
Financial information (handled by Apple)
Contacts or photos

3. How the App Works

3.1 Watch-Only Monitoring

The App allows you to monitor TRON blockchain addresses using watch-only functionality. This means:

You enter TRON addresses manually or via QR code scanning
The App reads publicly available blockchain data for these addresses
All address monitoring uses public blockchain APIs
No private keys or wallet access is required or stored

3.2 Data Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

TRON addresses you choose to monitor
Custom labels you assign to addresses
Resource rental history
AML check results
Purchased package balances

Important: This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

3.3 Blockchain Data

The App accesses public TRON blockchain data through standard blockchain APIs. This data includes:

Address balances (TRX, USDT)
Energy and Bandwidth levels
Transaction history (publicly available on the blockchain)

This information is already public and accessible to anyone on the TRON blockchain.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Apple In-App Purchase

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not:

Collect payment information
Store credit card details
Have access to your payment methods

4.2 TRON Network Services

The App uses TRON blockchain service providers to:

Deliver rented Energy and Bandwidth to specified addresses
Perform AML verification checks

These services only receive the TRON addresses you explicitly choose to use for rentals or verification. No personal information is shared.

5. Camera Usage

The App requests camera access solely for QR code scanning to input TRON addresses. Camera access is optional and only activates when you choose to scan a QR code. No photos or camera data are stored or transmitted.

6. Data Security

While we don't collect personal data, we take security seriously:

All data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage
API communications use HTTPS encryption
No user accounts or authentication required
Watch-only technology prevents access to funds

7. Children's Privacy

TronixPay is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The App is rated 4+ and does not contain age-inappropriate content.

8. International Users

The App is available worldwide. Since we don't collect personal data, no international data transfers occur.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store personal data about you:

There is no data to access, modify, or delete from our side
All app data is stored locally on your device
You can delete all data by uninstalling the App
You can clear individual addresses from within the App

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights. However, since TronixPay does not collect personal information, these rights do not apply as there is no personal data to access, delete, or opt-out from.

For users in the European Union, TronixPay complies with GDPR by design:

No personal data is collected or processed
